ASSURING “strict action” against those behind the communal flare-up in Haryana Monday, Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala said that although this was the fourth year of the yatra, this time the official “management was not at its best”, with a key police official being absent. At least four people have died, including two home guards, after violence broke out during the yatra taken out by the Bajrang Dal and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
